Tim WeilkiensTim Weilkiens is an MBSE’er by passion. He is an MBSE consultant, trainer, author of many books, owner of the publishing company MBSE4U and lecturer of master courses.

He is an active member of the Object Management Group. Tim contributed to the original SysML specification and continues to work on SysML. He is currently co-chair of the SysML v2 Finalization Task Force.

Tim is involved in many MBSE activities and has authored several books on modeling, including Systems Engineering with SysML (2008, Morgan Kaufmann). He is also the editor of the pragmatic and independent MBSE methodology SYSMOD – the Systems Modeling Toolbox.

Jesko G. Lamm develops modern hearing health technology as a Systems Engineer. He has been an active member of INCOSE for many years. The focus of his contributions is on the Architecture-related work of the German and Swiss INCOSE chapters, where he is the co-author of many conference papers and working group results. He is a Certified Systems Engineer (GfSE)® and holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree from RWTH Aachen University as well as a Dr.-Ing. degree from Leibniz University Hannover.


stephan-rothStephan Roth is a coach, consultant, and trainer for systems and software engineering with German consultancy company oose Innovative Informatik eG located in Hamburg. Before he joined oose, he worked for many years as a software developer, software architect, and systems engineer in the field of radio reconnaissance and communication intelligence systems. Stephan is a state-certified technical assistant for computer science from Physikalisch–Technische Lehranstalt (PTL) Wedel and a Certified Systems Engineer (GfSE)®– Level C. As a longtime member of INCOSE and GfSE e.V. he is an active supporter of the systems engineering community.


Markus Walker works at Schindler Elevator Ltd. in the research and development division as Elevator Systems Architect. He had worked in other technical roles for different Schindler divisions in the area of systems integration, supply chain management, requirements engineering, and tool support. His experiences ranges from commodity products to custom design and from low rise to high rise elevators for global markets.
Markus Walker received his Eng. FH degree in electrical engineering from the Lucerne University of Applied Science and Arts. He is an INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) and Certified Systems Engineer (GfSE)® .
